Terms and Conditions

These terms cover uvgrowth.com and the uV Growth client platform operated by UltraViolette Marketing, LLC. A separate signed service agreement or order controls the purchased services, fees, and any terms that conflict with this page.

Using the service

Use an account only if your organization has authorized you to do so. Keep your sign-in credentials private, provide accurate account information, and use the platform in compliance with applicable law and the rules of any connected service. Your organization controls which marketing accounts it connects and the access it grants to its users.

Connected accounts and ad changes

Connecting Google Ads permits the platform to read the selected account and, when the client and admin controls allow it, make keyword or campaign-budget changes. The client remains responsible for its ads, account access, Google Ads policies, and charges billed by Google. The monthly amount entered in uV Growth is a planning limit for proposed daily budgets, not a hard cap on Google's actual charges. Review the controls and proposals in your workspace before approving changes. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account.

Recommendations and availability

Reports and AI-assisted suggestions help you make decisions; they can be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee traffic, sales, or a particular return on ad spend. Connected services such as Google Ads and Klaviyo can change or become unavailable, which may affect features that depend on them. We may update the platform and will post material changes to these terms with a new effective date.
