uV Growth

Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026

UltraViolette Marketing, LLC operates uvgrowth.com and the uV Growth client platform at analytics.uvgrowth.com. This policy explains what information we use to provide the site and platform, including when a client connects a marketing account.

Information we handle

If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, estimated Klaviyo audience size, and the service or tool you ask about. If you use the platform, we handle your account details, client workspace content, files you upload, and information from integrations your organization chooses to connect. The platform uses session cookies and technical logs to keep accounts signed in, secure, and working.

When you connect Google Ads, Google grants uV Growth access through its Ads permission. We store an encrypted authorization token, not your Google password. We read the selected account's campaigns, daily budgets, ad groups, keywords, search terms, and performance data such as spend, clicks, and conversions. The platform also records recommendations, approvals, changes made, and Google request identifiers so the account owner can see what happened.

How we use it

We use this information to answer inquiries, provide access to your workspace, create reports and audits, suggest improvements, carry out approved account work, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service. For Google Ads, the platform may add exact-match keywords or negative keywords and change a campaign's daily budget under the controls shown in the client and admin workspaces. Budget changes require both admin and client approval. Automatic keyword changes require the configured guarded mode and the client's permission.

For account-specific AI suggestions, we send selected search terms, performance figures, and client-approved business rules to our AI processing service. Suggested edits are checked by the platform before they can be applied to Google Ads. We do not sell connected Google Ads data or use it to target unrelated advertising.

Who receives information

Authorized uV Growth staff and your organization's permitted users can access information needed for their roles. Providers that operate our hosting, storage, email delivery, error monitoring, and AI processing may handle information to provide those services. Google receives the account edits authorized through the platform. We do not give connected account access to other clients.

Storage and your choices

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service and maintain its change history; some records may remain longer for security, legal, or accounting needs. We protect Google authorization tokens with encryption at rest and use HTTPS and account access controls. You can revoke uV Growth's Google access in your Google Account permissions. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, email us. Revoking Google access stops future Google API access but does not automatically remove existing platform records; ask us to remove those records if needed.
